Crumb Topped Banana Muffins






Crumb Topped Banana Muffins

 





Ingredients:

  • 1/2 mugs flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 large bananas(ripe), pounded

  • 3/4 mug sugar

  • 1 egg, gently beaten

  • 1/3 mug margarine, softened

  • Topping

  • 1/3 mug brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon cold butter

  • 1/4 mug nuts, slashed (discretionary)


How to make: 



1. In an extensive vessel, blend the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

2. Blend bananas, sugar, egg and dissolved butter.

3. Mix into dry mixture just until soaked.

4. Fill muffins measures 3/4 full.

5. Consolidate tan sugar, flour, and cinnamon topping fixings.

6. Cut in cold butter until brittle.

7. Sprinkle over muffins.

8. Prepare at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes, until muffins test done.

9.Cool in prospect minutes....
