Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups universally handy flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons preparing pop
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil and flour two 9 inch round cake skillet or one 9x13 pan.
- In substantial bowl join flour, sugar, cocoa, preparing pop, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the middle.
- Include eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium pace. Mixture will be thin. Pour into arranged skillet.
- Heat at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick embedded into middle of cake comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then expel from skillet and get done with cooling on a wire rack.
Note: Unique formula makes 1 - 9x13 inch or 2 - 9 inch round pans
